CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME - Is there a standard charge to change the registered Company Name?.
There is a standard administration charge for changing the company name within the same legal entity. However, an escalating price applies where the system is moved from one legal entity to another, and this is factored by the size of the system.

CHANGE FROM ONE RESELLER TO ANOTHER - Is there a cost to change resellers.
There used to be a standard charge of £500 with a 14% cost of the installation charge being charged to the reseller, this was not to be passed on to the customer. Our understanding is this has been scrapped due to restrictive practice legislation.
Our recommendation is to be very careful about the way you implement this process, take great care in the Support Contracts you agree to, and to implement Support Contracts through a Purchase Order that clearly states the length of the contract you are buying. The market is now wide open IT IS UP TO YOU WHAT YOU GET -
