These have been placed in the Members Club area of the ISTUG web site and where appropriate have been added into the Discussion Forum to add to the overall knowledge base. We will once again be sponsoring the Reseller of the Year Award for 2002. This is the only award given to members of the Reseller Channel based upon the quality of support that they give their customers, as opposed to the volume of product they sell, increase in product sale, or any other revenue based criteria.

Our aim is to promote and reward good customer service, and we believe that since we started this award which is actually decided by the customers, the resellers have been encouraged to invest more in service.

The result will be announced at our Annual General Meeting on 11the December 2002 and we will be asking a senior member of Sage to make the presentation

We have expanded the site to include a new area and navigation buttons for the Reporting Special Interest Group, and at the same time we have included the navigation button to the Links Page in the main header.

We are currently exploring the possibility of being able to show in the Discussion Forum not only the number of questions to date in each forum and the date of last entry, but also the number of questions yet to be responded to.

The recent introduction of TECHNOLOGY BLOCKS see the earlier report on this subject has added a whole new dimension to our Knowledge Base allowing members to compare similar products and find out who actually uses them.

Some significant changes have also been done to the various pages to aid users to find out what each page holds and to navigate direct to the item required - similar changes have also been done on the Open Site.
