To all members of Sage Enterprise community - thank you. It has been an amazing year or so for FD SYSTEMS.

• We have grown from 25 to 40 staff,
• Moved to a new purpose built premises,
• Opened a Sage business in Ireland,
• Opened a Sage Accountancy Centre business
• Merged our business with Andy Cunningham’s Envision IT

In recent months FD SYSTEMS have been included in the

• Sunday Times Tech Track 100,
• The Western Mail Fast growth 50 (for the second time),
• Deloitte and Touche Wales and the West Fast 50.
• Deloitte and Touche European Technology Fast 500

All of these are wonderful but insignificant compared to this award….let me tell you why.

For those that do not know of us we are a tier one Sage partner, which has been achieved within 5 years of start-up. Our business is all about helping our current and potential customers find solutions and supporting those solutions to the highest possible standards of customer care.

If you look at our customer base it now includes some 70 plus sites with the likes of Lloyds of London and Companies House. Both of these implementations have involved major integration, e-business and business intelligence phases of the projects which is typical of the work we do. These clients also give an indication of the depth and breadth of the regard in which we are held and our skills. This makes very proud.

We have offices in Cardiff, Dublin and Newbury, and hopefully in the New Year we will be making an announcement that will significantly extend the range of our Service in the Midlands and the North West and increase our staff numbers by a further 7 people and an office in the area.

In essence FD SYSTEMS is a Professional Services business with the emphasis on Service. Therefore an award for Service from our customers means much more to us than anything else. This is the second time we have won this award; we won it two years ago and were second last year. Not only does this tell us we are doing something right, we are doing it consistently right.

This is an award for all of FD SYSTEMS, but within FD SYSTEMS it is recognised as an award for our greatest asset, which is our support desk.
