QAF is a big user of Crystal Reports, especially on the web. We are currently using version 8. We are in the process of upgrading to version 9. Unfortunately with version 9 (developer edition) the licence agreement indicates that only 3 concurrent users can view web reports. To overcome this you now require the advanced edition of Crystal Reports, which allows up to 50 concurrent web users. If upgrading from 8 to 9 you can mix licence upgrades (i.e. upgrade one developer to advanced and leave any other licences as developer). It seems Crystal Decisions are becoming like the rest - money hungry!
