The site is non-smoking with the exception of some bedrooms

There will be a "Fun Casino" after dinner on the Monday night - come and have a flutter with "funny money", at no cost to you and with nothing to lose

Dress is smart/casual for the Conference and smart for the dinner

Rooms are limited to 108 and can only be booked via ISTUG; if we need to book more rooms, arrangements can be made for use of a nearby hotel with free transport

To book accommodation for Sunday 17^th October please contact the venue direct on 01270 829200 and quote “ISTUG Conference”. (A special B&B rate of £50+VAT has been negotiated for this event) Payment for the Sunday must be made direct to the venue on departure

Dinner is available on the Sunday evening at a cost of £20+VAT. It is advisable to pre-book.

The maximum number of delegates is limited to 120

All afternoon sessions are optional to delegates
