After talking to the end user it was clear that it was not the best solution. They are using the stock module to move stock from internally via the production issues and receipts and inter warehouse transfers. with Serial no items when you browse on the existing batches all batches are shown.the enhancement they would like to see is the zero qty batches be filtered from the browes selection. The current enhancements would require them running a cleardown or an archive and they would still see batches which they have used since the last run. Request that this becomes an enhancement Provide ability within browse to only display items with a quantity within the batch. This new option should be the default display and it should require the user to choose to see zro quantity batches.

When both types of bundled items upper and lowercase B, so they cannot forms edit the form. When using one or the other option we do not want to show the client the other price. Both the print acknowledgment and quotation print to work in same way as the invoice print works, if uppercase B is used to print the master price, if lowercase b is used then print to component price.

This will allow AP matching invoices, to confirm that the services have actually been rendered. One could argue that the PO could be changed to reflect the true service value, but in the case of a blanket PO, against which many receipts are done, this does not hold true. Another workaround was to record the value in the quantity field, but this complicates reporting. Proposed Solution: The ‘Inv by Qty’ would drive the functionality, to allow recording of a receipt value against a PO

The request is that this flag be made amendable after inspection has been carried out. To facilitate this, an enhancement is needed at the point where the returns log is first created, to allow for a new credit note status of 'A' to be set. This would stand for 'Awaiting Decision'. The inspection process will then act on this flag. If it is set to 'A', the stage will be automatically set to a new stage of 'Awaiting Credit decision'. The credit flag can be updated by the user by going back into the Returns Log entry and changing the flag to 'Y' or 'N'. This will then progress the log to the next stage.

This will replace the default printers setup in spooler mangement. This is a problem if confidential prints were redirected to another printer.

It was suggested that specific menus be created for groups of users instead of disallowing options. As Tetra now builds it's own menus form these options allowed it is a lot easier to use this facility than to have lots of different menus in different formsets. Many users require different options in different companies which makes it very time consuming to control through menus. CS/3 is having more options added to it with every release therefore the number of options allowed or disallowed need to be increased as well.

Examples to be faxed to tetra on landscape prints where header = "y" it appears that printfmt is putting in several blank lines after the company name , date & time but before it prints the headings of the report. It also leaves a large gap at the bottom of the page. When printing portrait, the system prints 66 lines per page where headers are "n", however, if headers are set to"y", it only prints 64 lines in total ( including headers). I have tested this by setting up a file as a dummy printer & doing a printfmt $@ > to this file. This reproduces the error . The customer is most bothered by the landscape problem as it wastes a lot of paper for him. Please issue log no & I will forward example prints

Since moving to oracle the customer has been unable to read archive files because there is no mechanism within to allow online data to be in oracle and archive data in isam. Also the customer is unable to archive for the opposite reasons. This of course is pertinent to works orders and purchase orders also.

It creates a table slddebm - which holds the amounts and bank details. The bank sort code is not picked up. One assumes that this is because it looks for it on the file slcustm. The Bank Sort code is stored on slcustm when COP is switched off but is held in slcustcm when COP is on. The direct debit function has not been updated to account for the changed location of the data.
